Elite Laser Care is owned and operated by sisters Maureen Whelihan MD and Gina Whelihan CME.  They have been providing laser services for over 12 years.  Treatments available include Laser Hair Removal for both men & women, Laser Treatment of Veins, Removal of pigmented lesions and sun spots and Facial Rejuvenation.  They have been providing services in West Palm Beach Florida and are now serving Charlotte, NC.  We are conveniently located in the Ballantyne area just minutes from I-485.

Maureen Whelihan MD  is a board-certified Gynecologist and certified laser expert providing services in gynecology for over 14 years and laser services for 12 years.  She also has a special interest in sexual medicine and is founding member of the Center for Sexual Health and Education located both in Charlotte and West Palm Beach.

Gina Whelihan CME  is a Certified Medical Electrologist with special training in Laser Hair Removal, Laser Facial treatments and Laser Vein Removal.  She has been providing services with Dr. Whelihan and other medical doctors for over 7 years.  Gina has a unique ability to make all clients, whether male or female, feel comfortable with their laser experience, regardless of the body part requested.
